About us
The FreeCapitalist Project™

In ages past, there are a few powerful movements where the cause of freedom reigns and the triumph of liberty becomes more than rhetoric, dogma, and political posturing. Those efforts echo through generations of time and stir the hearts and souls of good men and women across the globe today.

Those engaged in this effort are the Free Capitalists. Their cause is the advancement of freedom, prosperity, and peace. The name of their effort is the FreeCapitalist Project™ (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”), a civic service organization governed by the Free Capitalist Advisory Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Council”).

As the Founders envisioned, the Project is not limited to a national geographic framework; as Jefferson clearly outlined, the Creator endowed all men with the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness—regardless of nationality or other distinguishing feature. Thus, consistent with that vision, the cause is—by its very nature—global. The primary structure of the Project is a formal membership-based society of individuals who have publicly committed to living by a set of core values and common principles while advancing the cause. This means members are fiercely committed and loyal to the universal cause of freedom through the unique and divinely inspired instrumentality of the United States Constitution. Separate from political and social groups that use the Constitution primarily as reference material for political discussion, the Project uses the principles discovered by the Founders and enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution as an actual blueprint for regular private and public action.

The FreeCapitalist membership is organized in local communities primarily through privately owned and operated Free Enterprise Forums (“Forums”) that meet regularly (usually weekly on Thursday nights) to learn, network, and plan positive principle-based changes in their lives and in their surrounding community. The Project, while maintaining a public presence in Washington D.C., is administered by a full-time staff headquartered in Provo, Utah.

Membership is free, but the majority of members elect to participate in local Prosperity Quest™ groups (“Study Groups”) that focus on teaching the application of The 13 Principles of Prosperity™. Participation in these groups requires an initial tuition payment and regular monthly dues. Members are capitalists because the concept of capitalism represents the essential moral principles of freedom and liberty while eschewing force and deception, which is why capitalism is advocated by the Project as the secure foundation to free society. Members use the title Free Capitalist(s) to set apart those who are committed to the civic service organization and who choose this way of living in and contributing to a free society. The Project and the cause are not best described as political. All political parties and other social organizations can further the cause through a commitment to the principles; likewise, the Project is interested in helping any organization founded on and committed to the advancement of these principles in order to further its own efforts and agenda.

Though the terminology is new, the society envisioned by the Free Capitalists is the same society envisioned by the Founders. The first general order of civic service performed by the Project is to help its individual members become self-reliant, economically independent, and ultimately free by re-enthroning the ancient principles of prosperity as the governing standards of public and private life in the United States and then across the globe.

Call to Action – Prosperity Quest™

It can be done. Prosperity Economics is being taught successfully to both young and old through a basic curriculum simply called “Prosperity Quest™.” Historians, statesmen, and prophets (both ancient and modern) have foretold freedom’s ultimate victory. The Founders predicted that this would be our mission.

This Primer is designed to support you as you start the path of revolution. The most important questions are not “Can we win?” or “Will we win?” or even “Can the FreeCapitalist Project™ succeed?” Instead, the question that cannot be avoided by free men and women who—despite living at perhaps the most momentous time in the history of the world and who feel the gnawing of inner turmoil and discontent regarding what is happening all around—is “Am I willing to stand forth to defend the life I love and fight for liberty?”

To those who answer yes, the test is action—nothing less.

In ages past, there are a few powerful movements where the cause of freedom reigns and the triumph of liberty becomes more than rhetoric, dogma, and political posturing. Today is our day.
